TRANSILVANIA TOWER
Through this project we proposed the construction of the largest and tallest mixed building, composed of apartments and offices, in the northwestern area of Romania, located in the city of Baia Mare. The project represents a feasibility study, and will follow the next phase of the project, the authorization phase.
The tower building has three basements, ground floor, 20 floors and a technical floor, totaling a height of 75m, with a total area of approximately 40,000sqm. At the basement level, on 3 levels we provided parking spaces, on the ground floor commercial spaces, and the upper floors are made up of apartments and offices.
On the last floors we proposed penthouses and a restaurant with a magnificent 3600 panorama, from where you can see the whole city.
