The proposed project aims an real estate development of the existing zone by creating new working opportunities for the population of the neighbouring areas. The mixed facilities of the area, too could offer new leisure and free time spending places by improving the life quality and the one of the urban space, too.

This study project is intensively sustained by the area’s potential and advantages, i.e.: the presence of a valuable natural frame which can enhance the quality of the urban life area in the new context of the development of a multifunctional centre, good connections regarding the circulation, good accessibility in the zone, the compositional freedom which the urban space’s organization offers, and favorable position.
