ELDERLY CARE HOME

The aim of the present proposal is to carry out an ensemble dedicated especially to the elderly people, responding in a modern manner to the needs and requests of this category of people, offering them simultaneously the independence in a community situated in harmony with the natural environment of the locality of Tureni, county of Cluj.

The entire complex has been thought up as a U-shaped ensemble cast in one piece, having two parallel sides dedicated to the residents depending on their types and needs and a unit intended to the administration. The two main sides of reception and lodging are made complete with an inner entrance of a generous yard, especially arranged so that it responds the residents’ needs.

The project has in view the development of an ensemble with multiple functions: the obtaining of a comfortable and pleasant ambiance, the easily accessible, clear, coherent and efficient development of the functions, the proposal of a realistic, clear and efficient supporting structure, the completion of an object or architectural ensemble that fits into the landscape from the point of view of the image and the architectural language elements used.
