RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

With this project we have proposed the construction of the largest and the most modern residential complex consisting of collective dwellings, located in Maramures County, consisting of two buildings with seven floors height:  semi-basement, ground floor and five floors above ground floor, green areas with playgrounds for children.

The semi-basement of the proposed constructions is designed for parking and technical spaces. The ground floor of the buildings will have the function of commercial spaces and services, and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors will be designed for apartments with one, two and three rooms. The total number of the proposed apartments is 195. The proposed built-up area is 2950.57 sqm, and the total developed built area of ​​20108.95 sqm.
